  • How do I apply for an Oz Cash Loan?

    The Oz Cash Loans application process is 100% online, and our FAQ’s are a great way to find out more about our process.

    If know your internet banking login details, and have an Australian driver’s licence or proof of age card, we can start. We’ll also need to know information about your pay, expenses etc.

    If your loan is approved, we’ll transfer the funds within 60 minutes (during AEDT banking hours).

  • How much am I able to borrow?

    Our Small Amount Loans are for $200 to $2,000 in $100 increments, or you can also apply for a Medium Amount Loan from $2001 – $4500.

    Being a responsible lender we look at the other information provided to make sure the loan suits your requirements. Thus enabling you to comfortably make all of your loan repayments.

    The process is so fast and easy you will quickly know where you stand, and there is no obligation for just applying.

  • I can’t complete my application – what is going wrong?

    Occasionally things go wrong with a particular device and/or browser and we would love to help you with your loan application.

    If you’re not able to complete the loan application form and are receiving an error message, please let us know.

  • Do I qualify for an Oz Cash Loan?

    To be eligible for a loan you need to be 18 years old, and an Australian resident receiving a regular income. Being a responsible lender we look at the other information provided to make sure the loan suits your requirements. Thus enabling you to comfortably make all of your loan repayments.

  • What does it all cost?

    Our costs are simple and transparent. There are no hidden costs. For our Small Amount Loans of $200 – $2000, there is a 20% application fee and an account maintenance fee of 4% per month.

  • How do I make repayments on my loan?

    It’s really fast and easy. When approving the loan we’ll organise a direct debit from your internet banking account on the repayment dates. This will be in accordance with your pay cycle.

  • I’ve repaid my loan in full. Can I apply for another loan?

    Congratulations. That means you are now an Oz Cash Loans VIP member. Use the Member Login area to access your member details and apply for another Oz Cash Loans Fast and Easy Loan. Any new applications will be even quicker as most of your information would have been saved in your Member profile.  The great news is that if approved, we’ll pay your money even faster.

  • When can I apply?

    Anytime you like. Our online application system is available 24/7 and our office hours are AEST Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and Sat & Sun 11am-3pm. We aim to transfer the loan funds from our bank account within 60 minutes of receipt of signed contract, if during AEST standard bank hours. The processing of and subsequent deposit into your bank account will always be subject to your financial institution, which is outside of our control.

  • What if my bank is not listed on the banking login page?
    As our application process is 100% online, we can only accept applications via our website. Unfortunately, we do not accept bank statements via fax or email, or applications over the phone.

    Our bank statement provider is regularly adding new banks to their service. If your bank is not currently listed, hopefully, it will be added soon.

  • When are my repayments made?

    Before you confirm the loan we’ll make sure you review and are happy with your repayment schedule. Repayments will be timed to coincide with your pay cycle and will be automatically deducted by direct debit to take the hassle out of things.

    We’ll send you an email the day before just to remind you that you’re making a repayment tomorrow – you don’t need to do anything!

  • If I am approved, what happens next?

    We aim to transfer the loan funds from our bank account within 60 minutes of receipt of signed contract, if during AEST standard bank hours. The processing of and subsequent deposit into your bank account will always be subject to your financial institution, which is outside of our control. The process is even faster if you need a loan again some time in the future; because once you have repaid a loan you automatically become an Oz Cash Loans VIP member!

  • How do I get my money and how long does it take?

    We aim to transfer the loan funds from our bank account within 60 minutes of receipt of signed contract, if during AEST standard bank hours. The processing of and subsequent deposit into your bank account will always be subject to your financial institution, which is outside of our control.

  • Do you provide weekend loans?

    You can apply 24/7 for weekend cash loans. On weekends our office hours are restricted, however, we do assess loans on weekends. Please note that, as per the faq above, whilst we aim to transfer the loan funds from our bank account within 60 minutes of receipt of signed contract, if during AEST standard bank hours, the processing of, and subsequent deposit into your account, will always be subject to your financial institution, which is outside of our control. For loans approved on weekends, this means that you may not receive your loan funds until the following business day, usually Monday.

  • Will Oz Cash Loans check my credit history?

    In some instances, we will undertake a credit check as part of our usual loan approval process. We always try to think differently so just because you have a default doesn’t mean that you won’t qualify.

    Sometimes it will be possible to get a quick, short-term loan for bad credit. Apply to find out!

    You can decide not to progress with the application at any time before selecting “I Agree” to confirm at absolutely no cost to you.

  • Do you provide loans for self-employed, unemployed, Centrelink and people with bad credit?

    We assess every loan on its individual merits. We know that your circumstances can often change. If you need a loan for self-employed, loan for unemployed, loan for Centrelink or a quick loan with bad credit history, why not apply? There is no obligation to find out if you qualify!

  • How does Oz Cash Loans contact its customers?
    Once you apply for an Oz Cash Loan, please check your email inbox and phone message system for updates and repayment information. Please also make sure that you also check your VIP Member area on www.ozcashloans.com.au as updates and additional information will be regularly posted there. Also, Oz Cash Loans may contact you on your mobile if there is something we need to discuss. Our customer care phone number is 03 9015 9507 and this is the line we will use to call you. Should any of your contact details change, please notify us immediately.
  • Can I repay my loan early?

    Yes, you can. You can make extra repayments as often as you like, without any penalties, and you are welcome to pay out your loan early. We don’t charge any additional fees for early termination of the contract.

    If you would like to arrange to pay your loan out early, please contact us at customer-care@ozcashloans.com.au so that we can send you our bank details for early payment. Or phone 03 9015 9507 so that one of our friendly staff can assist with payment over the phone.

  • What should I do if I think I won’t be able to make a repayment?

    You must let us know if the direct debit from your bank account won’t be processed on the date of your repayment. Contact us by email on customer-care@ozcashloans.com.au or call us on 03 9015 9507. Please see our Fee Statement page for details of any costs that may be incurred in the event of a missed payment.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    Oz Cash Loans want your experience to be so great that you tell all of your friends about us. If you have a complaint we will always take it very seriously and try to work it out with you. From time to time we all make mistakes. So to help us when that happens we have put in place a transparent process to sort things out on our “Feedback and Complaints” page.

    Our objective will be to always work things out with you. In the rare cases when we can’t, Oz Cash Loans is a member of the Credit & Investments Ombudsman Service (CIO) www.cio.org.au and they will independently help us come to a resolution.

  • What should I do if I am experiencing Financial Hardship?

    If you’re experiencing financial hardship we’ll want to work with you proactively to help you through it. Call us as soon as you can on 03 9015 9507 so we can help out.

    We understand that times like this can be challenging. The sooner you contact us the sooner we can get on with helping you!
