Credit Sense agency agreement
In order to process your loan application, we are required by law to review your last 90 days of bank transactions. Swift Loans Australia Pty Ltd trading as Oz Cash Loans have appointed Credit Sense, an Australian company that obtains and categorises consumer’s bank account transactions for the purpose of providing account information to us so that we can assess your loan application.
Credit Sense will obtain the last 90 days of your bank transactions from the date of your application, in addition to further transactions for a reasonable period after that date.
During this process your login details will not be stored, however, by consenting to this agency agreement, you agree to appoint Credit Sense as your agent for the sole purpose of accessing your Internet banking on your behalf.
