Each loan application is evaluated on its own merit; however there is certain criteria that has been set and loan applications not meeting this criteria will not proceed.
- Must be working on a permanent or permanent part time bases
- We do not lend to self employed or casuals
- Must have been employed for at least 2 months.
- Must be earning a minimum $1200.00 per month from employment
- Yes we do lend to pensioners earning more than $1200.00 per month
- Maximum lent to Pensioners is $500.00
- Must have pay directly deposited into your account
- Due to State regulations , we are not permitted to lend to people in Western Australia & Queensland
- We will undertake employment and Credit reference checks.
After your loan has been received an e- mail will be sent to you advising that your application has been:
- Declined –As mentioned, each loan application is evaluated on its own merit, reasons for declining a loan are varied, however our staff are instructed NOT to discuss particulars of why a loan application has been declined with the applicant.
- Preliminary approval – The loan has passed the first stage of the application process. Your e-mail will ask for further information so your loan can proceed to the 2nd stage you will be asked to confirm the following :-
- Previous 2 months bank statements. Bank statements are to be predated of application
- 2 most recent pay slips
- Proof of residency - utility bill, rent receipt etc
- 100 points of identification
Upon receipt of the requested documentation the loan will be assessed and all information provided will be verified. If final approval is given you will receive documents that include a contract, privacy agreement & brokers agreement that need to be signed by you and witnessed by an individual over 18. Please sign in all places indicated and return to us via fax or email.
This entire process is dependent on how fast you reply to the e-mails and return the necessary information to us.
