How quickly can I get my money?

As soon as we receive the completed application forms, the privacy statement and the requested information, then we can immediately transfer you your money. Depending on Australia Post, this can be as quick as 24 hours.

I am a repeat customer, do I need to send through the information again?

No, generally our repeat customers need only return the loan contract, privacy agreement and a copy of their bank statement.

There is insufficient cash in my account for the next debit. What should I do?

if you expect not to have enough cash in your account at least three days before the next drawing day, contact our office on 1300 721 503 and we can reschedule the payment.

What other methods can I use to speed up the process?

You can fax your application along with all necessary  documentation such as your photo ID, proof of address and a copy of your bank statement to 02 9648 3144.

Why has my application been rejected?

There are many reasons why your loan may be rejected, our staff are unable to give specific reasons for this, but wherever possible they will try and get your loan approved.
